• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is permitted only before 2days of the session you booked

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member (for the same session only).

• For private sessions or special events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Remaining payment must be cleared at least 7 days before the event.
